im starting a band with a few friends of mine. each one of us have albums dedicated twords us. In the albums dedicated for us has hidden tracks which are the covers of our favorite songs of that specific person. And for mine, its the entirity of the MFKR album, even the early stuff such as Fur, Carve, Widnows, May 17th etc. (Drummer btw)

He hasn’t really lost it when it comes to percussion. Kind of makes me wish that he did fill in for Chris after he was kicked out.

Lots of people saying this is weak compared to new stuff but act like this is exactly how they played originally lol, this is literally seeing slipknot at it's actual infant stage again, and imo they were significantly heavier during their old days, MFKR Gently all by itself was a testament to that.

Anders should have invited Jay (or Chris Fehn) to play drums on this show and Craig Jones to play the guitar. :)

They got paid 17 bucks and a whole ass box of slim jims for this show. After tape expenses. Thats 3 bucks each and 5 mini slim jims each. Anders keeping the dream alive.

I guess this is whats left when you you get kicked out of slipknot. He looks ridiculous and i see why they re-recorded gently. His vocals sound good tho. Just being budget slipknot isn't working tho.

this is one song that i wished slipknot didn't change cuz it sounds better (at least for me) that rap flow + cool bass line + funky guitars is so good.

I heard this song like 15 years ago.

Corey will be thrilled. And andres was the first leader of Slipknot amazing crazy.

Для расширения кругозора всем, кто что-то говорит про неправильное пение и звук в целом. Сужу по своему же опыту. В маленьких клубах всё очень плохо с мониторингом, ты сам себя не слышишь. Без мониторинга очень сложно следовать нотам. Все ваши любимые крупные исполнители 1) носят наушник, дорогой и сделанный по слепку уха, где ему подмешивают звук необходимый. 2) используют фонограмму. Кто-то в большей степени, кто-то в меньшей. Но это такой же инструмент. На крупных шоу всегда хоть немного есть фонограмма. Иначе бы вы приходили на Rammstein, Metallica, вставьте название любого другого вашего любимого артиста и вы бы слушали абсолютно такое же по качеству исполнение. Кривое, косое, но живое. Этим и ценны такие небольшие шоу, что там все очень плохо, зато честно, сыро, первобытно

Call me crazy, but i've listened slipknot so much when i was a teen (2010s, youtube was already around) and there was so much mysticism around their early tapes that my favourite albums are now MFKR and Crowz. This had the true analog horror vibes before it was invented, no black metal band was as raw and horrific as Slips on Anders' and pre-Iowa Corey's tapes

He looks cool, but Corey's scream was more brutal

Damn Anders still thinks that the tape around his face is gonna work, MFKR is not that bad of an album but I can't really imagine Anders as the full-time vocalist, imagine where Slipknot would have been now if Anders didn't leave.

It's really not as bad as people are making it out to be in the comments but definitely not the best either lol
