Hi Alfie..I have been getting on average 1 sale a day since 4 months mainly from Etsy ads. I turned off my Etsy ads 4 days ago and have had zero sales since then. I sell personalized name necklaces that come with a meaningful message card. Yesterday I had 20 visits and today I only had 15 visits to my shop. Is this because I have turned off the ads or is it because it is usually this slow as we approach Christmas considering today is December 23? Is advertising my products on Pinterest and RUclips shorts a good strategy? How do I increase views to my shop without Ads? I only sell to customers in USA. I would really appreciate your response, thanks!

Helpful . I am new to Etsy . I was inactive for few months . I upload listings frequently these days , and tend to continue. Will this help with traffic ?

There is a seller on Etsy who sells same niche and keeps reporting my items. We are both resellers but we sell pieces to assemble these items. How can I avoid the other seller to report my items and deactivate them ?

Not sure how the numbers work in the UK, I'm in Australia and have been building my store and selling on Etsy for almost a year. While I spend countless enjoyable hours designing all my mugs, the cost to produce, print and deliver an 11oz mug using an Australian print provider/drop-shipper averages out at $26.00. On top of that are the Etsy fees (without any 15% offsite advertising fees) plus mockup provider fees, so to keep the market price marketable I am lucky to make $7 to $10 per sale. Looking at some of these RUclips Videos claiming $10,000 a month income then I must be doing something wrong so if there is a more profitable approach then please let me know because it appears that I exist only to make money for the three necessary service providers.

Hi Alfie! Love your content and your energy, very inspiring :) I started my etsy journey almost a year ago and my store finally "took off" this Q4. I got a few frivolous copyright infringements and so I have followed the process of sending Etsy the counter notices. However it's been 10 business days today and no lawsuit and no reply from Etsy and my listings are still deactivated... is there a time window which Etsy will restore it (like the 10 business days) or is it random...? Also once these marks are taken off my store will they restore my star seller? I lost my star seller due to this BS... Thank you so much! I hope I get a comment back from you! Cheers!

Brilliant video as always! I have a question, if I don't post to certain countries, will my adverts be shown in those countries and therefore be a waste of money in those countries. For example, with Canada Post now being on strike, should I delete the delivery option for now, to prevent my advert being shown and clicked on in Canada? With Christmas coming up soon, so is the last delivery dates from the UK to USA. Once this date has passed, should I delete the delivery profile to the USA so i'm just mailing within the UK and therefore maximizing my advertising budget to UK customers who I can mail to in time, in the final build up to xmas? After xmas obviously i will add the USA and Canada back onto my delivery options, and advertising. What do you think?

Im not even a seller on etsy and my account got perma banned. I did not recive any emails about this and I cannot even apply the appeal because i can't remember my password. I tried contacting them but the send button didn't work. Do you have any suggestions what to do?

The problem with other marketplaces like amazon, instagram, tiktok etc is that you can't sell digital files. Etsy is one of a kind, there's nothing else like it really. Selling digital files is a gold mine.

Hello Alfie, Brother, I dont get one thing - the 'tennis mug' customer. Why would your ad be shown to this customer? If he is looking for a tennis mug? - The only thing I can think is that if you used the keywords 'tennis mug' in your title, tags or description - then your ad would be shown to this kind of customer, right? Or am I being dense and missed some important point in your video? 🤷🏽‍♂️ Please could you clarify?

I currently have 85 listings in total, and I’m advertising 68 of them with a daily budget of $20.00. However, the full $20.00 is never used, and the average spend is around $1.30-$1.40 per day. Here are my stats for November 1-30: • Views: 29.8K • Clicks: 173 • Orders: 1 • Revenue: $20.99 • Ad Spend: $41.48 I started updating my listings (titles, tags, and photos) on November 15. I feel the clicks are quite low, and having only 1 order from 173 clicks is concerning. What do you think? Your feedback and recommendations are very important to me. Thank you!
