Pro tip you do NOT need room you can use counter shock outside room and you can uptilt into room + spike if you are fast enough and if you have good ping and you dont rly need surgeon mode so room is just useless unless you want to full raw

everything but ope.
Only thing viable you can really use with Ope is counter shock and tact, at least he found something to combo into thorn and injection shot.
@@Rootithtakt + ult, uptilt room + thorn ( extends with low points on ope), counter shock + room + ult, thorn+ shambles + ult ( can also use takt)
