@MickHall Daniel Carey. The guy in the first fight clip. After watching it, I studied how pico set it up(feint front kick to check hook) and land it a lot in sparring. It's a high percentage move. Just set it up with a few front kicks first.

Hmm he is doing it a little wrong though, you're supposed to lift the back leg, not slide it across the floor. It should be kicking you forward just as your front knee touches the ground to propel you forward then swung out the side to the front, slightly like a peeing dog When you have the muscle to do that, you land on the front knee soft, the motion becomes like a plane gliding, one swift motion for impact
