Quite a big downgrade. Also you have to reapply all those console commands every time you run the game (atleast i had to on PC). Best way to get performance right now is upscaling. I run it on RX 6700 XT and on medium settings with upscaling from 1080p to 1440p keeping around 80fps easy. Although AMD's FSR is not yet fully in the game thing called Frame Interpolation is already in the game and in theory you can enable FSR through console commands but i dont have those and apparently there are still some visual artifacts with FSR. Anyway FSR 3.1 update and UE 5.4 upgrade is scheduled from 15th of October to 15th of November and it is expected to increase performance a lot so maybe wait for that. Btw you dont need 4090 to run ASA well.
