Your understanding of DNS is mistaken. DNS does not effect download speed or pings. A faster DNS server will allow you to resolve the Domain name you try to visit faster. Once resolved your internet connection and the servers bandwidth will be what effects your internet connection speed. IE when you do a speed test. DNS is used to resolve the speed test server IP *if* a domain name is used to reach the server you are testing on. But it most likely is direct IP to keep delays to a minimum. The Ping times are calculated round time for a packet to reach the server and you to get the response reply packet. This is tested under idle (the first ping test) download and then during an upload. This can tell you if there is a bottleneck in communication. Finally the upload and download are direct TCP/IP communication with the IP of the server. DNS does not effect this at all. What will effect it, is your own home WiFi version, signal quality throughput, your internet connection, or just the load on the server at the time you ran the test. Hint you are not the only one running speed tests on that server at that exact time. You can try a different server and get a different result.

I use 2fas is better it is offline once you go online once for the time zone and it has android and ios and backup all codes in encryption file.

They use the zeroday write and lock it what once was RAM when it boots on any system that uses any part of Ms boot is infected. They use the automatic time and date to override your bios taking over even the manufacturer rights i have legal copies for win7 win 8.1 and 10. But in Australia they destroy Windows 7 by relettering volume easy fix in diskpart but they also creating partitions that work as WiFi. If you combined gparted,boot repair and recover all available via sourceforge and combined it with windows 7 no higher because 7 is a copy 8.1+ is a license to use and steal your work. All the work that you do for people is forcefully transmitted to Microsoft analysed by a AI then sent back out as a security update. They never supply a full copy so they can make more money via orbit drive booster and 100s other companies like that they own. The problems that are affecting the world's computer systems since 01/11/2024 is me removing my stolen intellectual property because anything that they learnt trying to change back the calculators let's just say every attack they got poisoned and that was over 9 years now.
