What do you mean “bullet drop sound” ??? You can’t hear the sound of a bullet dropping in real life... so how would you know what a .50 BMG bullet drop sounds like? Unless you’ve been shot at by a .50 BMG and have heard the bullet cracking and whizzing by you, your argument is invalid. And I’m sorry but BF3 Barrett sounds nothing like a real life Barrett. I would know, I’ve shot 3 models of the Barrett .50. The sounds of the Barrett in the 4th Battlefield sound more like the actual gun in real life. But even that is a little off as well. The gun is so damn loud even with ear protection on, to even mimic the actual sound of it. It also depends on the rounds you are using as well. Is it a Roufus round? Is it a APIT round? These make a difference in the sounds. Is it a Subsonic round ?. You can’t even compare video game gun noises to the real thing. They only just make it close to what it actually sounds like. The Barrett or any other .50 BMG rifles, are loud as shit.

@@Manoooolo are you talking about in real life ??? Because you can’t hear the sound of the bullet hitting the ground at all especially with a .50. If you’re referring to the little tick at the end of each shot they took, that isn’t the bullet hitting the ground. It’s the end sound of the echo the gun is creating bc the bullet is traveling faster than the speed of sound. If you’re referring to the game. You still can’t hear the bullet hitting something, what you hear is the hit marker when you hit your target. In that video, especially how close they were, you couldn’t hear the bullet hit the ground at all. All you’d hear is the loud bang and the echo of that bang. Even if they were pushed back a lot farther you still wouldn’t hear the bullet hitting the ground. Now if they were shooting at steel targets, that’s different, you’d hear the loud DING it makes when the bullet zips right into it bc ... well it’s steel.

@@saulbarrinson8583 Yes sir I'm talking about real life. You can hear in the video the bullet bouncing and falling, that's the sound that I am trying to explain not the gun or echo. That's what is missing in Bf4 for the M82 because when you shoot the Browning M2 you actually hear those noises but not for the Barret and it's weird knowing that both use the same caliber. Do I have explained myself now?
