I did the whole process on my sx520, but when I finish assembling the lens there is an error, it keeps moving forward and retracting the lens until I get this error, could it be an error in the gears? :´(

I think waveform is like that because its core is a claw type apparently it's so it's easy to make coaxial coil and ac to dc is bit more efficient

good video thanks the thing is a alternator is not only a starter/generator by modifieing it will act as a magneto as well if you winde it ore ad extra coils to centrain spots that is the whole idea the original dc magneto hade only 1 wire and that lead to the engine block 1 to 12 cilinders it fired evry singel time with out mistake the loses due to windings and materials used to build alternators can by modified for bether out put centrainly a interesting video thanks

If I understand what the computer voice is saying; Initial bare wire diameter (too large) was 0.160 mm which equals 34 AWG wire gauge. Final bare wire diameter (correct) was 0.130 mm which equals 36 AWG wire gauge.

Thank you so much for all the effort. I really enjoyed this video. There is no other video on FX-21 online. I was born in 81 and this was one of my favorite toys as a kid. My father must have bought it a couple of years earlier. Than later I started using it in school myself than Electrotechnics school fallowing my fathers footsteps. I was saddened when it eventually died around 1997. Probably battery leak. I had no other choice but to buy one that was for sale at that time. I hated it! The thing I missed the most is the direct first touch function "1/2" All the new calculators now had the "1/2" moved into background "Shift" function. I believe it's still like that today. I felt handicapped.
