Idk if this is a faster way, or not, but I use the Flail with the Spinning Chain ashe. Go up to the tail and walk into it for like 30 seconds while whipping the Spinning Chain into it, then, after 30 seconds, or so, Greyoll will drop her tail and you can just stand there and wail on it the rest of the time and get a bleed proc like every 15 seconds. Spinning Chain can even be spammed when the FP runs out, so you might not do as much damage, but the bleed procs still happen. Do that about 20 times or so and you can go from level 9 to 120 in like a day
I didn't know about this tip, thank you. This way is not the fastest, but it is a possibility, I know other very fast ways to farm, I'll show you here later.

Yes, this enemy is in several places in the game. But in the cave it is made more difficult by the darkness.

It's in a more advanced part of the dlc. The name of the place is "jagged peak" I recommend being at an advanced level this boss is very difficult.

Oh yes , some are more difficult. RELLANA Twin Moon Knight and the Messmer are harder than there. (In my opinion)
