How to do over 1500 damage from one spot
Просмотров 2955 месяцев назад
Step 1: Get Aksum Step 2: Move to spot Step 3: Don't move from general spot Step 4: Mash mouse1 Step 5: Mash mouse2 while mashing mouse1 For more damage you can bring more ammo and/or aim better.

Laser Hellbringer still work after cdhs nerf?
final shot with the last of your ammo.. badass
1:24 ITS A HIP SHOT!!!... The Hips BACK HITBOX wraps to the side of the hip a bit... so when I see anyone torso twisting and peeking corners I do all I can to hit the Hip... Especially if I am LBX MG or PPC type weapons... So many mechs hips have the back exposed as well on the sides.... you will be surprised how many side torso's POP....
You had exactly enough ammo
yo what's your paintjob setup? That looks sick!!
Sorry for late reply, haven't been on. I think that was woodland with all ghost bear grey.
That's such a bad build. And by bad, I mean for the enemy mechs in front of you.
They started it all wrong! You're supposed to get at least halfway through the obstacle course before weapons free is declared!
I know it’s not that good, but I love the design of the Urban. It’s a walking egg with a massive gun taped to the side! It’s adorable!
Look at all those cute Fleas! And Gado in his big Flea
Back in ye old time I used to run my Firestarter A with 8 small pulse with jump jet super fun and if it got behind you watch out. Also lol at you were cheating
White James Thompson Frank Walker George
Brown Deborah Hernandez David Walker Ruth
Hall Linda Martin Donna Hernandez Lisa
Try the osiris 4D with 6 small pulses, it has a 35% pulse laser cooldown quirk and you can bump it down to 47% with skills
Thats alot of firepower for a fridge.
think, that mech will be fixed by pgi. Too strong, especially when 2-3 of them, playing together
Ugh the instant jams of UACs. Really wish they'd introduce a change where you were guaranteed to at least get 2 or 3 consecutive shots off without a jam. Or literally anything at all to improve them.
Would need something to offset that though. Otherwise we will be getting 2000+ damage from one spot videos.
alternate history T A E K W O N V
Do you have a preference between this and the Sleipnir?
Haven't played the Sleipnir since it got buffed. Though the King Crab was my main assault for a while back in the day.
King for a reason.
Indeed
haxxxxxx LUL
Finished all your ammo just in time! :D
All according to plan :)
It is a great sadness I have only had the honor to see you once on the field of battle. I have learned so much about elite light mech play from your videos and I am beyond grateful. Thank you just doesn't feel like enough.
Thanks.
Nice work!
Wow. Could be the best urbie build I've ever seen. Well played too, Bro.
Try 12 light machine guns and 2 pac2. A bit under 16 dps sustained at 500m optimal with the option to use the pac2 out to 700m optimal and beyond. Range is life in this game.
And much farming was had. 😎 Special thanks to a large portion of your team for drawing the enemies to the corners of the map so you could mostly snack one by one. (This is slightly sarcasm, and slightly not.) ;P Nice work. That thing is brutal if left unchecked.
Yep, it's a great spot. I like to take it when I'm long range. If you do good you can deny a good part of the map. Funny coincidence, my next video is a game from last week where you took the same spot, also in the Aksum. At first I though it was the same drop, but nope :D
Did I do a bunch of damage in that one? I think I have one or two other videos saved on this map with this mech that I was going to put up. Can link to each others videos if so (two views same match)
@@dario03x You farmed hard: 1800 dmg! It's the game that ended with us chasing a stealth Flea for ages. Poking us twice and disappearing for a minute... Damn that bugger was annoying. I'd really like to see your PoV, I enjoy seeing a match from different angles.
Brutal. Thing hits hard and that 20 just keeps going most of the time.
Damn man, craxy how hard a good pilot can just tear up people in a light. Good carry. you and Stst both
You know it's a good game when the randos are so salty they accuse you of cheating
So much of this game is proper positioning. Well done, thanks for another great vid!
Timing+cover+tactics and angles variations+killer instinct focus = devastating flea
This little beasty is evil in the hands of someone that understands light mech play. Still needs a +25% ammo quirk for magshot though.
It has 50%. Though another 25-50% would be really useful since it's not like bigger mechs where you can just strip some armor for a good amount more ammo (though I have taken some to get another 0.5t). What we really need is the Piranha-A to get some apg ammo so it can run this with a decent amount of ammo and actually keep some armor.
Awesome demonstration for using cover in a fast mech
Good run and good build. My personal favorite is 15x HSL. Runs super hot but you're talking a 97.5 semi-alpha, where you fire in three groups of five over about 1.5 seconds in total and then get the heck out of dodge while you cool down for another burst. Done correctly with backstabbing you can down even assault mechs sometimes with a simgle volley. High risk-reward build.
Haven't ran one of those in a long time. Thought about it when I was trying ermicro hsl after hsl buff, or a 10hsl 5ermicro for just 2 stage alpha, but haven't ran either lately.
@@dario03x micro or micro pulse? Either way sounds cool, may have to give that a try, three stages does limit it to primarily assault and heavy backstabbing.
@@stormthrush37 ermicro. Though you can do micro pulse and 5hsl for about a 60alpha or 10hsl for 79 2 stage alpha. I haven't ran either in a long time but I imagine they're very very hot.
@@dario03x I know 15x HSL is, but the goal is not sustain, the goal is get in, get one volley off in an enemy's back, ideally destroy them or at least rip a side torso off, run away, cool down, go back in. A pretty specialized build but it's one I've had good success with, and 20 tonners aren't exactly built for slugging it out anyway so it plays well to its strength of speed and not exposing yourself to more fire than is necessary.
@@stormthrush37 Yeah I get ya. Like I said been a while since I ran full hsl, though I did run a Piranha with a mix of hml and micros a while back. Might have been both pulse and er. Was still lower alpha than 15hsl but didn't have to stagger and could sustain with the micros if needed.
Hey dario, could you tell me a bit about what DPI, mouse speed, similar you are using? I've been struggling to play as well as I used to since changing PCs, mouse, OS. My stuff seems a bit too much one way or the other and I can't remember my previous config.
Lowest in game sensitivity (0.1), smooth and acceleration off, 1600dpi, I have a toggle for 800dpi for long range but don't use it much.
love that mech. great game
Putting in the work! Great gameplay bro.
Meep meep. Love seeing your Flea videos 😍😍
HAWTBOX. Good work. Wonder what the Cyclops was doing all match. Was a good UAV he had at the end, but couldn't quite put the damage where it needed to go. Good work to you. Not easy on Dom when range is your friend and you've got a fresh assault (and friend) to deal with.
Saw the loadout and thought of the facemelter Supernova. I see this adds another ERML. =D Spicy! (Guess it is 5 tons heavier.) Mounts are better. Wonder how the quirks for each compare.
(Should say quirks + tech since it's not a direct compare between clan and IS equipment. But it seems the most equivalent matchup I know of...)
do the k-9 lights work on the iic?
Yes. Though iirc you can't buy them, have to get them from a donor k9.
hackusations in chat, you love to see it. gg tho
At least it was just about lag and not aim or damage.
Watch rat backstabbing heavy laser cheetah vid. Hours later, watch this. Oh look, it's Casey Bat again.
I have fond memories of MWLL and regard it as better than this, ugly game with same maps since forever. Played in 2014-2016 and briefly touched it in 2020 during covid. Never again, what a disaster
The maps have changed a good bit since 2020. Like 7 new maps (this map being one of them). Some other maps were updated, some enough to basically be new maps.
I changed the loadout on mine to MPLs in the torsos and Small Lasers in the arms. The extra range came in quite handy a couple of times and if I lose an arm, it's not so bad.
Yeah that works pretty good too. Regular smalls have good heat/dmg, ersl syncs well with mpl.
nice
GG but imbalanced bullsh*t like this is what makes people quit the game. Game has done the worst job I've ever seen in recent times of preventing the game's pugs and noobs from getting farmed by the game's compie tryhards. instead of playing amongst themselves without fear of being utterly f*cked by compie tryhards, this game throws noobs and casual players to the wolves the instant the queue wait time extends past a couple of minutes. Why are tryhards prioritized? Those players should have to basically rot in queue, and not get a match until it can be fairly comprised of other compie tryhards. If that takes too long, then tough shit. Go do something else with your life. Slow lights down so that they don't get a free teleporting lag shield, and scale up their physical model to reflect the lore's tonnage reality, and watch them get slaughtered, like they do on TT. If it was up to me, I would have never even included lights in this game. At least sure as hell not as teleporting lag shielding exploiters that way MWO has.
Match maker only works so well and making people wait forever is how you get players to quit. Way back in the day the game did actually give you a failed to find match message and would stop searching if you were very high rank and especially if you were dropping in a group. But that pushes people to quit which isn't something the game devs would want. Also you bring up making the game more like lore but then say you wouldn't have lights in the game. In lore aren't lights and mediums the most common mechs with assaults being kind of rare (especially for some factions)? Where as in mwo assaults have always been the most used, then heavies, then mediums, then lights and the gap is decently big, like over 60% of used mechs are heavies and assaults. And lights already get slaughtered a bit, lowest scoring class in the game by match score, damage, wlr, kdr.
@@dario03x good points but there are way more casuals that pay for stuff than tryhards who do. Their perspective is backwards.
@@ratofnihm Perhaps. But if high rank players leave because they have to wait forever to possibly get a match then whoever becomes the new high ranked players after that will run into the issue of not finding games and then will leave and that could go on for a while. Plus some of the leaving players might take their friends with them. Or you will just have players throwing games to lower their rating to get matches. I think just having some adjustments to match maker to better balance the teams would be a better option. You can have a match with a wide skill level end up decently balanced if the teams are balanced right. Also I wouldn't even consider this a tryhard match. This Piranha isn't super consistent and I was dropping solo. Actually any match I've posted for the last few years has been solo since I've only been dropping solo for years now. And I think 4man groups mixed with solo has a bigger impact on a match than I do with even the best qp lights.
@@dario03x Player distribution by skill expressed in graphical form is a pyramid. Lots of low skill players, very few high skill players. They have let their player base disintegrate from the bottom up for years and years. It was backwards bro. I don't know what you do for a living, but I'm a business process analyst. Largest company I used to do it for had 135,000 employees (a staffing firm called kForce). I'm kind of experienced at this.
@@dario03x Also, you do realize that at its peak, the game had over a quarter million monthly users. Now it's like 20k or whatever it is. They squandered 90% of their player base, because they can't do math.
Tricky part is getting behind the enemy and not getting too disconnected, you make it look easy. I really like the build but it's tough to play.
Yeah the really short range makes it a bit tricky but its a good alpha on a fast mech. Not super consistent but if things line up right its nice.
nicely done. it's a shame dmg/ton isn't a thing
There is some bonuses that help lights with matchscore though.
