R1 interchanges from R3 it was wrong
Swapping two rows is a commonly used row operation in matrix algebra. This is useful when you need to move a row with a leading zero (which would make further steps of Gaussian elimination problematic) to a different position, or when you need to bring a row with a non-zero leading coefficient to the top of the matrix. This method is always applicable when the roots of a cubic equation are all real numbers. Therefore, the function you provided has factors with complex roots. However, I didn't emphasize this point in the short video because questions involving functions with factors having real and complex coefficients are usually presented differently.
