This game is very CPU demanding so I recommend locking the fps to 60 so you can have a more consistent fps. Night time is more demanding compared to daytime, the fps will drop particularly on areas with a lot of bushes were the headlights from your car will cast dynamic shadows. I also highly recommend installing this on an SSD to avoid texture pop-ins that can cause stuttering. one setting that quite helped me to get a more consistent experience is by turning on low latency mode in Nvidia control panel. set it specifically for NFS Heat Just set it to "On" instead of ultra low latency but feel free to test and see what works best for you.

Pairing a Core i7 4790 to an Rtx 3050 8GB can still give a decent gaming experience as long as you manage your expectations. On some games that are very CPU demanding, performance can be held back by the CPU. If you want the most out of your Rtx 3050 8GB. I really recommend pairing it with atleast Ryzen 5600 or Core i5 9400 and above.
vsync on ? or ur monitor is lock to 60 fps?
@@lordpen2558 I turned off vsync, but i locked the FPS to 60 using rivatuner. I do not recommend using the in-game framecap in this game cause for some reason it forces the GPU to downclock resulting to an unstable framerate. If you have a better CPU, you can expect a better performance in this game using rtx 3050

in terms of price to performance, Rx 6600 is currently the best in the market. I only bought this card as it is the only available lowest price gaming videocard in the marketplace. Rtx 2060 was one of my options but the 6GB of Vram makes it hard to choose.
