Creamy White Garlic Chicken Recipe: CHICKEN: First take a bowl and add: 4 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp mustard paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/4 tsp oregano powder 1/4 tsp thyme powder Mix all the ingredients and marinate your chicken in it for 15-20 mins After 20 mins Take out the marinated chicken and coat it well with the flour Add three tbsp oil in a non stick pan Fry the chicken from both sides on a low flame CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE: Add 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp flour in the pan with the leftover oil Cook it until the aroma arises from the flour mixture Then add 1 and half bowl of chicken broth or you can use a chicken cube or chicken powder instead Now add the leftover marination of the chicken Add tsp salt and cook for 2-3 mins until the sauce is thick and ready Take a pan and add 2-3 tbsp oil in the pan Add 1 chopped onion and cook until soft Then add 2 tbsp chopped garlic Fry until the garlic has golden brown colour Now add the sauce 1/2 bowl pizza cheese 200ml fresh cream Now our Creamy White Garlic Sauce is Ready! Also Add the fried chicken into the sauce And cook it on a slow flame for 10-15 min Then garnish it with green onion leaves.. GARLIC RICE: Take 1 bowl oil in a pan Add 2 tbsp fine chopped garlic in the oil Fry the garlic until golden brown color Take 500g of rice, wash and soak it for 15 mins then add the rice in the pan Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder in the pan Let the water of the rice dry and cook the rice for 10 to 15 mins on a low flame Garlic rice are ready to serve Now serve the rice along with the creamy white garlic sauce with the fried chicken and the wonderful taste is all yours! ❤
