I can put your concern to rest. The last mission worked and I even got her troops. So whatever the bug was it had no effect on the main mission.

Thanks. Yeah I overprepared the regions and the army a little bit. But the game has a way of getting you in trouble out of nowhere.

Thanks. I could not find much. But from what I could gather there is a 10 turn timer/limit for battles. That lines up with my fight. Would have been nice to know since I was winning the fight at this point.

Yes, that's what I know and a redo is getting into the fight again the following round. Then at least the dead units are gone.

Rats are coming on friday my friend :) We will cycle between a bit of ranked and a challenge run. How long I survive ranked I don't know.

You are right. Don't know what the YT playlist thing is doing again. It was set to newest first and scrambled the first three episodes. Should be fine now.

I have tryed a few games in pvp. It's on the menu as an option after the Greenskin run

True. The reason why I rather take my orcs with 2 attacks than 1+defence is that with more hit chances I can win fights more reliably. With low moral losing a brawl is normally a loss of the unit.

I am glad you enjoy it and found your tactical war game :) I love the total war series but I can understand the immens learning curve involved. I know we were all kids at one time :) sometimes my mic pics up a lot off stuff from outside like the kids or the birds that are living nearby.

The "run them off the field" doctrine has worked quite well for me. I think I will stay with that for now.

Maybe could have won the 3rd fight if I had taken the boars instead of the wolfs. They probably would have carried me to a route for a few more turns.

Thanks for the input. It's a steep learning curve. Especially when we get into the higher challenges every mistake could mean defeat with a bad round of rng. I can see the idea behind the boltthrowers. But every time I get them I get stomped :D Maybe it's just bad luck on my part, wouldn't be the first time. Putting something into the woods, especially fragile range units, is so ingrained into my gaming mind. My brain goes "See cover use cover". Maybe to much Battletech in my system :D Written out it makes it even more obvious. Normally I will always go for more attacks. Sometimes I take +1 skill to hit more when my I have the feeling my troops are not hitting. Hope to keep you entertained for a few more runs.

Ahhhhh. Thanks for the clarification. Now I understand the charge priority entry for distance in the wiki. Makes sense if you think about it. They will reach me before I can reach the other troop. Funny enough it never came into play in all of the runs. I think that was the first instance of that.

I fixed the end screen and put in a videolink to the next video. So you could start at #1 and continue watching through to #33. Edit: Also edited the Video Titels to help navigate. Have fun watching. Beware of some complaining along the way :)

It's weird to not worry about rallying enemies :D That's surely going to bite me in the future. But for now we happily smash and scare those puny enemies :)

Sorry if it's not for you, but that's my playstyle since I was little. Because I know I am biased against the AI I started to record the numbers and put them in table :) I know that 4+ means 50%. Doesn't stop me from being annoyed at the Ai for pullen stunts at the worst moments. I hope you find someone to your liking.

Do you mean the chariots? They were okay, but I definitely see them getting crushed when they don't kill their target in one round. The orcs are a different play style for sure :D I have to rearrange my brain from dwarfen turteling to orcish crushing :)

Had the feeling that the whole act2 and 3 were unlucky. Those rolls can really mess up the whole fight. A few more dumb unlucky losses and the fight would have been lost.

To be honest. I am glad that I did it first try and don't have to repeat it with the dwarfs. Overall the last 2 acts were really hard. Don't even know how I made it past both bosses :D

It comes with time. This isn't my first tabletop like rodeo. To be honest as long as the games is fun to you who cares :) Also just try a different race. Maybe the Dwarfen style is not yours :) maybe try orcs if you are more aggressive or abyssal if you need tanky melee.
