This week I ended up going to the Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois heavyweight fight. AJ took a big loss but it was a great night out at Wembley stadium. I also recorded a back workout and the rest of the week in my life vlog. Instagram - Sjwesttt

The Bulk Day 7, this weeks session was a leg day with squats preventing back pain and talking about football, music, films and more. Weight is up 0.4kg this week which is great and keeping me on track to building more muscle. I am still doing 20 minutes of cardio a day for heart health and overall fitness.
