The Lighthouse & Hour of the Wolf - Visual Comparison

I just think it's cool to see where modern films get their inspiration from. In an A24 interview with Eggers & Aster, Eggers said that there was an Hour of the Wolf shot in The Lighthouse. I would say that that there are Hour of the Wolf sequences. 0:00 Hour of the Wolf 2:20 The Lighthouse 3:52 Hour of the Wolf 4:14 The Lighthouse

I havent been this immersed for astounded by a horror project since Skinamarink, if you see this SUNDOWN please don't lose any of this spark because this is all greatness.
THE FIRE WALK WITH ME CREDITS??? YOU ARE DIABOLICAL THIS IS A FRIGHTFUL MASTERPIECE. WILLIAM AFTON REALLY IS OUR GENERATIONS LELAND PALMER/BOB HOLY SHIT IM AMAZED edit: I'm sorry Twin Peaks and FNAF are my biggest hyperfixations right now I'm just so happy I finally found someone who blended the two so well 😅
Even the Angel at the end all the victims of Fazbear Entertainment's ignorance of this psychopath really do mirror Laura Palmer in a way that their deaths haunt the reality the characters of their respective stories live in. This is a trophy winning video completely subtle and not fixated on gore at all I am in awe this has been greatness to witness.
Too scary! AHH!
Too true.
Why wallace did that????

This legitimately felt like a nightmare. Like never being able to feel safe in your own home. I have glasses, ive been severely near-sighted my whole life. Going to sleep has always been hard for me because everything is super blurry. FNAF has actually made my sleeping habits worse, because even though it's just a silly fictional series, i just cant shake the feeling that something i cant quite see clearly is looking at me while i sleep.
I’m hiding in the comments
Help please

I didn't even realize this was fnaf during the first half, it was so real till i noticed by the camera movements and the zoom ins that it was blender considering it didnt lower in quality when zoomed in. Very well done stuff

This is a work of art, the atmosphere, the pacing, the lack of cheap jumpscares, the designs, SO GOOD.
Задумка для вхс отличная! Но автор слишком затянул с темнотой в некоторых моментах и я даже расслабился через какое то время

11:33 The Song Name: Run Rabbit Run
wwaaaaaaa genuinely scary!
I don't see anybody talking about this, So I'll bring it up since I thought it was very interesting. The pan up to the sky at around 10:47, Along with the angel slowly creeping into the frame: Makes me believe that the child that the Yellow Rabbit (presumably) killed after breaking into the home, Was about to ascend into heaven in that very moment. The angel coming down, To take the kid up to the pearly gates to rest in peace. However, Right as it seems so near... It cuts back to the Yellow Rabbit's face. Representing how the spirit of the poor kid is now trapped inside of the Bonnie animatronic, Never to see the gates of heaven and doomed to roam an empty and dark pizzeria at night. Forever taunted and mocked by the very same man that took his life. I don't know if this was the intention that the creator was going for with that segment, But the whole idea of that being symbolism for the damnation of the children's souls is incredibly haunting and well done if that's the case. It gives you a sense of comfort by seeing the angel coming to take the kid to heaven, Before ripping it all away in an instant. Extremely well done, And a horrific yet beautiful take on the FNAF story. Keep up the great work!
(I'm writing using Google Translate) Can you explain this analog horror to me? I'm Brazilian, I translated the initial parts but I still can't understand everything. I understood that it's the "vision" the child who was killed by the "rabbit", but what about that previous footage? Who was doing it? In which of the houses that appears at the beginning was the child?
Afton DEFINITELY murdered that kid. There’s blood all over the floor where Bonnie is standing.
This is absolutely badass and top tier among top tier fnaf content, but I just have to know did you photograph that tape inside a propane grill to double as an arcade cabinet, it looks exactly like a propane grill I once owned behind a panel

Bro, why is this man turn the camera so damn slow, usually people from analog horror turn their camera fast but this man is too slow like a roomba
11:36 be like: Hey BBG you wanna go home with me tonight? I'm feeling a little freaky
10:18 be like: DADDYS HOME.
I don't know how but somebody got an entire document on my uncle.
Imagine being killed only to enter the afterlife and be pulled from it to suffer a fate worse than death.
