Kevin B610 here. I can confirm. The only reason this didn't happen in your reality is because it was literally too good. It led to an all-out war between everyone who wanted that Chester cover their show. In the end, it resulted in an unending battle of attrition between pokemon and DBZ fans. The only thing that keeps it going is a massive intergenerational crossover.
