Print it 2 copies for your duplicate then your passport, if you take police clearance it's ok but that police clearance must have stamp first. When my friend apply for Croatia visa stamping , the Croatia embassy ask for police clearance with stamp from Croatia embassy for authenticity. That’s before , maybe they change the policy now.
