Best Salmon and Couscous Recipe- One Pot Cooking!!!
Просмотров 12 тыс.5 лет назад
I love one pot cooking and this dish is a great reason why. Israeli couscous cooked in the style of risotto with some beautifully seared Atlantic wild-caught King Salmon. I say in the style of risotto because this method gives the couscous the richness and body of risotto, but not the heaviness. They are light and airy and pair amazingly well with the fish. Start to finish you are looking at ab...

How to navigate the restaurant industry could be one possible title for this piece, but really it's just me having fun out on the water. From washing dishes to failing teen cooking competitions...this one ...

Use the dough hook on the stand mixer to wash the butter on low speed, after draining the buttermilk 1st time. Use ice cold filtered water because chlorine will change flavor. After water is clear, pour it out, add salt and let the stand mixer do all the dirty work. After salting speed up the mixer and the butter will come off the bowl wall. Just pack the butter into containers. Easier not harder. I have a you tube video about this, ruclips.net/video/bgFQo4RXoYY/видео.html
