It would be off season. You may get good prices and better services. Outskirts of Udaipur will be lush. Of course its a good idea. With good infrastructure, heat matters less.

Its not tough and doable for 51 yrs old. Pl keep 5 kms brisk walking routines in your local park 1 month prior to trek.

in 2022 we have done tunganath and kartikswami which was our first trek. dont have any other trekking experience. want to do har ki dun trek this May. is it advisable? for 50yr old women? how much difficult it is?
We had 3 ladies 55+ in our group. Only 1 of them had problem but still even she did it. With your experience, I would advise you to go for it but please maintain 5 kms walking routine with a light bag behind u in your local park for 1 month before proceeding on trek. This is one 60+ uncle did who was in our group also. Very best wishes Ma'am!

Dada booking is offline at Corbett Reception centre near Sidhhbali temple.
How far is Kotdwar from Ramnagar
Kotdwar is 2 hrs from Haridwar and 6 hours from Ramnagar.
Can we enter Dhikala from Kanda directly or should go out from Kotdwar then again via Dhangari gate
Direct entry for forest officials on duty only. It used to be open in good ol days though.
