It's March 2023 and I just purchased this bag in camel, the back does not have the stitchline so I guess polene decided to make it seamless. This is my first polene bag and it is beautiful. I will be buying more styles 😍

Senreve has poor quality, considering price, and bad after sales service. They should just divert their budget from building a luxe brand image to providing better product and customer service. The moment the edges of your leather bag chip/peel off after slight use, they will just say, they do not cover normal wear and tear.

Was your bag the black textued leather color? The one on the website doesnt shoe the contrast stitching. I am thinking they dont sell your color way anymore?

The seam is a “lappered seam” its is a very strong seam used for reinforcement. I have this bag in camel, the only thing i don’t like about this brand is the poor quality of the glacing, it is very thin applied and wears off very easy, i have one spot on my bag with wear after a handfull of usage just from putting in my Lv mini pochette I think.

I’ve been wanting to get this bag but im worried about the size. For some reason, none of the “what fits inside” videos have actually shown a phone fitting in there. Instead, everyone seems to put wallets, keys, and coin purses. Is this bcos nobody carries their phone in their bag or bcos it doesn’t actually fit? I don’t carry a wallet, keys or coin purses bcos Ive gone completely digital. But I do need my phone and sunglasses. Do you think they’d fit?

sooo update. I was able to loosen the loops a bit it’s still stiff and tight but I think it will loosen over time. I think the reason it’s tight is so that the loops securely hold the strap so the loop doesn’t slide around like with other bags.

OMG second on the loop problem! My fingers hurt! Lol I was wondering if it was like that with all of them or if it was just mine... no one else on RUclips seems to be mentioning this issue...
