I have learned something similar to what Douglas said, that Akasha is the fundamental substance of reality. From a scientific perspective I see it as Akasha giving rise to the vacuum energy, which in turn takes the form of physical particles. And from a spiritual perspective I think of the vacuum energy as having intelligence, which then would explain things like elementals that Douglas mentioned.

Light and Dark doesn't explain the characteristics behind knowing what Light and Dark Are. Seems Ike baker wants people in Darkness. Lucifer and Ahriman aren't confusing if you specifically tell people the characteristics behind them, people like Steiner do that. He talks about Lucifer as Light, and specifically talks about the times when Lucifer is prevailing, if you explain it to people and give them the details.....no one can ever get confused when you point out all the things that represent lucifer as light and goodness, the sun itself, the periods of Spring, and summer, life, renewal, knowledge, empathy, love, creativity things being clean, and pure and all the things that represent Ahriman are sickness, disease, lying, LEAVING THINGS IN CONFUSION, Decay, death, lack of drive, base nature, materialism, hatred, envy, violence, Chaos, the period of Winter, and explained as "bacilli" meaning bacteria and mold etc. So when you have details that you say are reductionism, that isn't reductionism, that's leaving people in darkness without information to find out anything. saying "light and Dark" is reductionism, because a person who is dark can easily paint someone who is on the light as Evil and watch as Ignorance tears them apart, if those ignorant people don't know the details that would clue them in to the all the dark tactics the real evil person is using to paint the person who is actually good as a bad guy. in the Harry Potter story, there is a reason why most of the Teachers of the Dark arts classes were actually working for Voldemort (Ahriman) and weren't really telling the kids how to defend against the dark arts......

It's not the Black walnut extract that you've taken, it's English walnut extract, which unlike the black walnut extract the Nut or the husk isnt used, it comes from the bark of the English walnut Tree. The extract is almost chemically identical to Dimethylhexylamine (DMHA) which is a nervous system stimulant created by a chemist in the 1950's or 60's i think. There is only actually one difference in chemical structure the walnut extract has 1 more methylhexane molecule.
