American Revolution Sabre Review & History
Просмотров 4403 года назад
Tabletop review of the American Revolution Sabre made by Windlass. Additionally, some cool history added in. Props include a chainmail coif, flintlock rifle, period canteen and a real 1738 King George II half-penny. I contacted the company for clarification on the peen. They had it listed as peened, but sword experts agree this pommel construction is a threaded nut with a superficial peen. Addi...

Remington 1911 R1 Talo Edition Review.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING? !!!! You are actually doing nothing, that is not reverse buttery 🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂
That hilt does not closely resemble anything illustrated in "Swords and Blades of the American Revolution" by George C. Neumann. It is massive and crude.
The foot movement isn't part of the butterfly stroke
Brutal.
I like this guy
those scooters just look so incredibly gay. And the construction looks weak. If you want to save yourself from a tonne of walking by getting around on a scooter and yet still maintain some level of street cred' just get yourself an S6 or S7 Envy Heist or Charge or something like that. They're a lot more solid than the scooters shown here, will give just as comfortable a ride and they look soooo much better.
I keep my hands closer together and allow my face to go underwater. I first do a breast-stroke kick, then follow up with a butterfly kick before returning to the starting position.
Wow cool, that is literally how I do it too! Most unique way of swimming. Never saw anyone do it this way actually. Probably because people might think this is too complicated but it is rather easy. And it is fast and energy efficient as you can glide on your back much better than in any other position.
@@Stinktierchen Yes, it is unique. Very few people do it. Indeed, it's very energy efficient and very effective, allowing the swimmer to reach great speeds with minimum effort. You're right, Stink; people probably consider it too complicated, which is ironic, because it's actually very intuitive.
very good rview ,nice husky
A good movie. I wrote a book on the subject of the 18th century military regular sabers and fencing with them. ruclips.net/video/kndEF1IE_gI/видео.html
I'm a beginner swimmer and it's currently my favourite stroke
I swim since I am a child and I discovered this swimming style in my youth. I concider this style to be the most efficient and most relaxing of all. If you are not swimming for competition then you can literally swim like that for ages and there is no need to have a fast stroke rate but you can nicely control your gliding and only push when you decelarate to a certain speed. But I dont do it like here in the video. I push it with a typical breast stroke leg push kicking my back up and then I butterfly my arms. While you butterfly you can add for a short moment a dolphine move for your legs before you kick your legs like in a breast stroke. And so on. Super relaxing and fast actually. Because you have much less resistance on the water on your back and you can glide like a kanu. This way I can swim faster than most people in free style while using much less energy. You wont reach top speed this way but you can swim like that for hours.

Wow
Are they real gold?

Pretty sick stuff. I love those movies
What a stupid video.
This is the alma mater
This is how I swim as well.
Other than the coins those guns look super real
All the weapons are real
@@marthor7 Soo thats just for showcase not cosplay right?
You said it can hold between 200-300lbs. On Amazon, and I think the company page, they claim it's an aluminum deck and holds up to 600lbs.
This is not the aluminum version. I do not know if they've recently come out with a new stronger version.
The 4th Gen are rated at 800#, which is why I got one to try out.
Which I don’t get if those are real guns then what will you do with all that 😂
Thank you for making my arsenal! -John Wick
John Wick umm can I have a gold coin
I need those coins
They are available on Amazon.
what its called the thing around your leg for the knife
It's just two pairs of socks
When JW is getting ready for the Red Circle, he puts the knife in his sock like that.
Yo is that Charlie for dinner service 😂
The leather jacket and the curtains- if john wick was made in the 90s
Where'd you get the coins?
EBAY
John Wick's hope
I got some of the coins off ebay, but then I found www.therpf.com/forums/ where they recreate movie props and got a bunch off of there.
LoL! Could you be any more of a WANKER!? 🤦🏼♂️😂😂🤣🤣
Baba yaga bro
In Los Angeles this Xootr was far too dangerous. I was constantly flying off the thing whenever I went over a crack on the street or sidewalk. I asked Xootr if there were special tires I could purchase and they said no. I opted to find a scooter that had suspension.
LA streets are like those in a 3rd world country...maybe consider moving to a modern city that takes care of its infrastructure.
I think different wheels are a better solution than an active suspension system. But yes, that's pretty much why I chose something other than a Xootr, the MG and Street models were otherwise exactly what I was looking for. Xootr ought to offer a couple of different wheels so that those of us who have to ride on less-than-perfect surfaces can choose Xootr. I'd like a Xootr with pneumatic wheels, even if I have to purchase the Xootr with the standard wheels and buy the pneumatics separately and swap them myself.
When did you purchase the folder
Mayor Fuggly Cool show that that is one tough as it gets knife,,,very well made ,,😎
The Glock that is,,,but the Mark ll is very good from Gerber also,,probably not as tough as the Glock I would think,,,😏
Subbed. Love the channel. Nice video too. Lots motivation. Keep up the good work. Thumbs up. Cheers.
If you listen carefully, you can hear one of my spurs jingle at the 8 second mark. =)
The Schrade knife is actually 3/16 inches thick which is 0.1875 inches thick. I was saying 0.18 inches. Cheers!
You know, if I want to go fast I'll take the bike. I take the scooter to make walking faster. I'm happy to walk on the steeeper down hills. I can cover ten kilometres in about 45 minutes with the Xootr. Scootering makes being pedestrian very efficient, and fun.
Peter Kenyon not even just a pedestrian, I'm 16 and commute to school which is 3 miles on my oxelo town 9 scooter. I used to bike but they are too much of a hassle now for me since my school is in the cuty
Cool video, I just got my first bike and I don't live too far away from you near Artesia and Aviation.
Great knife and great bit of history. Just subbed. Check my new channel as well.
How wide is the deck
Awos i don't know
Xootr makes several models with different deck widths. The MG model shown in the video is 7.4". The Cruz model (wooden deck) shown in the video is 7.9". You can find out about all their different models here: www.xootr.com/xootr-kick-scooters.html
Nice review
Very nice! Do you think it is as tough as kabar?
I've tested it thoroughly, it's tougher than a kabar and almost any other knife, one of the best knives ever in my opinion.
Red Green same here. Mine even stood up to the abuse of using as a throwing knife
It's "wakazashi" not wakazaki.
"battle ready" just means that it won't break when used as a katana, my katana is battle ready and cost me $150.
I have the warrior katana :)
+marshall deleon How good is it holding up?
Perfect
marshall deleon me too
Marthor7 great review, and I commend you on the background info for the Samurai Swords and History for one of the greatest Samurai ever...
I just purchased this gun at gander mountain! I also cannot find much info on the Talo edition and or when it was made... mine had about 100 shots through it and I paid about 150 less than they ask for new one it is in like new condition! :)... there was nothing that stated Talo on these guns but they show 2 different 1911 R1 ( not enhanced ) on their side with 2 different prices... anyway, This is just a fun gun for me and I might look into some minor mods if Im not messing up a collectible .
Do you still have the 1988?
Glock has a trigger safety and 2 indicators, which they condsider a safety
