I think maybe using thinner yarn for smaller projects would work so much better for small details! But I would be interested in trying this! I crochet but this seems easy but also not!

Instead of buying new yarn, I reused an old stash to complete my design. Sometimes the yarn would fade since it was previously washed. However, I don’t mind if the color is slightly off bc I follow the philosophy of using my old yarns before buying new ones. Hope that makes you understand my perspective. 😊
@@loveshorestudio i understand :) i know you didnt ask my opinion but i would be so disheartened to realize it after finishing the project. I would use the yarn for something else. Or maybe try a checkered pattern. But the pattern looked very nice :) i liked the granny squares alot!

No need to worry, I always double check any loose strings if I ever plan to ship this out or use it for any important photoshoots. Since this was just casually filmed, I didn’t mind it sticking out. It’s just to show the design process. Small imperfections are okay. 😊
