Hi Tony, I took it out for the first time this year, last weekend, and it runs like it always did. Battery has held up so far. I use it on a river and it is a fun way to enjoy the water. If you run the battery full throttle it’ll go for about 15-20 mins. When the battery gets around 30% it goes into reserve and cuts your speed so you can get back to where you need to be. I wish it would cut out about 20% to give more time. But I’m never running full throttle on every trip, I go for a bit, stop and look around then go some more. Hope this helps, I’m still enjoying it!

@@RichallenrealtorPA appreciate the response. There are very few review videos of these. yours is probably the best one I have seen. Have you had any issues with the moving components, gearbox, impeller, throttle cable etc?

@@tonyvescarelli I have had no issues with any of the mechanicals. Only issue I ever had was the battery was only charging to 92% when I got it. Kymera fixed it free of charge and my battery charges completely now.

It is pretty fun!

The river I’m on is tough to have a jet ski, can get real shallow so this works good 👍

Sometimes they run a preorder special in the summer, join their mailing list to see if they do it again.

Base price in summer of 2020 was $3,895, then they had a preorder special where I got it for $400 off and I had to wait until early 2021 to receive it.

The only problem I’ve had was my battery did not charge to 100%, it only got to 92%. But Kymera sent me a box to send my battery back to them, they inspected my battery, fixed the problem, and sent it back.

@@RichallenrealtorPA Yeah my battery did the same thing and lost long at all! It cuts into safe mode after 15 minutes of riding. Also, I had to rebuild the whole drive system, now it is perfect after so many problems and headaches with Jason Wood. The had problems the first week I had it. Problems: Faulty throttle, motor caught on fire, and then the battery.

Hi Andrew, I can get close to 20 minutes on a single charge if I run it full throttle non-stop. Your typically not going to do that though so run times last longer!

Never tried it in the ocean! I would think waves would have to be minimal, plus you’d have to clean it after each use to get the salt water out.

The board itself is about 30 lbs and comes with a carrying strap. The battery is heavy. You don’t want to carry around the board with the battery in it by yourself.
