Hey Alex Im having the same exact problem. Some people have claimed to have removed the EA App then reinstalled everything and that fixed their problem. However overlooking what you wrote above it didn't work for you but based on what you said it was working at one point in time. I suspect its probably a driver issue just a guess though. Were you using an older video driver when NFSMW was working? Just for reference My system is an AMD 5950X cpu with RTX 3090 128 gigs ram and also two monitor setup.

I have the same issue. Somewhere on a forum I read someone claimed it had to do with the new EA Games application that replaces Origin. I haven't tried, too much hassle to find an old Origin build with risk of reinstalling other games that ported over.

UPDATE: After waiting 5 hours and reinstalled Windows the problem is still there, even uninstalled dedicated gpu and used the integrated one, same problem....
