Ya. Did they not put them in dedicated 2 bedrooms?

Great question! This video was recorded in the spring. We were placed in a 2-Bedroom Villa with a pull-out couch. However, most of Boulder Ridge's 2-Bedroom Villas do have a queen Murphy bed. Let us know if you have any other questions!

@@jackylsmith8138 5th floor doesn't have any Murphy beds. Dormer windows in some of the rooms wouldn't have allowed them. For consistency they didn't install any on that floor.

I know you have the Hilton Head and Vero Beach DVC Resort in the southeast. I know that Aulani is about a 5 hour flight away from California. The Aulani Resort is not sold out and has been for sale for a very long time. I believe a new DVC Resort in Lake Tahoe, California would sell out in a short time frame. That would be about a 1 hour flight or less from anywhere in California.

Thank you Denise for your question. Yes you can add a resale contract to your existing DVC resale. We recommend purchasing the same use year (Month your existing points are) so your new purchase adds on to your existing membership number. You can add the same Home resort or a new Home resort depending on your preference. If you purchase the same Home resort , it would give all your DVC points the 11 month booking window at that Home location. If you purchased a different Home resort, you would be able to book at that new location 11 months out using the new points, but your other Home resort could not be booked at the new location until the 7 month window (and vice versa). In other words, you can only book 11 months in advance with the number of points you own at that Home Resort. At the 7 month window you would be able to use all your points at any of the *other DVC resort locations (*the 14 original DVC resorts). I do live in California. Purchasing a DVC at Aulani or at Disneyland, California would make more sense than purchasing a DVC in Florida. We usually go to Disneyworld once every 5 years. I can see how people living in Orlando or somewhere close back East does make more sense. For purchasing a DVC back East. I do have to admit. My Anaheim WorldMark Timeshare is a much better deal compared to the California Grand and Disneyland Tower. I know I am not getting the better location, quality and Disney Theme. I am still within a 7 minute Uber/Lyft drive to the main entrance to Disneyland, California. My WorldMark Timeshare is still a very nice resort. I would give it an 8 out of 10 for quality.
