Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest - Dark King (Modern Orchestral w/ Guitar Arrange)
This is the first arrange done with my new computer. It makes things infinitely easier to record, as opposed to when I would try to use my old piece of junk computer for any music recordings.
Real guitar as always, not so real other instruments. There's very little guitar this time around, but lots of guitar wasn't what I was going for really.
Mystic Quest wasn't a particularly good game (at least compared to the other Final Fantasy games of its generation)... but it DID have some good music.
Uploaded in HD, just so you can listen to it with minimal sound quality butchering. Plus drew an HD background image to go with it (before anyone asks why it looks that way), since I've been lazy with g...

Jess' theme from the Advance Wars series. Some sort of industrial funk rock. Difficult piece to cover... and possibly my most complicated recording to date. While it sounds simple at first, there's an incredible amount of subtle guitar stuff, with each section using a different tone. Didn't really have the equipment to generate the kind of funky tone I wanted for one of the lead guitar sections...

A home made Kodama from the movie "Princess Mononoke", complete with head moving action Kodamas are incredibly cute, weird, and awesome, and I wanted one... so I made one! I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. The battery is attached at the back of the base, along with the power switch.

idk if its true or not but there's a leak saying that every co will now have an amped up version of their themes when they use their co powers
@@justsomedude2020 It's true, you can hear it if you watch the Treehouse gameplay. When Ness and Andy CO power an amped-up remix is audible briefly in between the talking. The real question is what will happen with AW2 since AW1 didn't have a CO power theme at all - will they replace AW2 Power/Super Power themes with the custom remixes for AW2 campaign, give the option for either, or switch to using only the general power/Super Power themes? I hope that they let you choose.
