Most of this ending is awesome except for the strange thing of Kane decomposing after Tangina saying she would lead him into the light. Also seeing Todd and Donna are still alive and ok is nice. I see why they didn't include the frozen Carol Anne scene but that was pretty neat to see that. Really made it scary.

I can see why they changed it. Even back then, the special effects wasn't very good compared to the pervious films.

It adds an extra layer of sadness if you look at the timeline of All dogs go to heaven 2. That movie takes place 57 years after the original so this character would be in her mid-sixties, that means that she went her whole life with out ever seeing Charlie again.

Something doesn't add up to me, if Heather didn't die of Cardiac Arrest? and died at the hands of Spilberg? Explain to me your swollen face in Poltergeist 3

I saw this movie, when I was 7 years old. I cried, when Charlie passed away, in the movie. I didn’t found out, years later, the voice who played the little girl. Died in real life. So sad, what happen to Judith Barsi.

If someone would do a voice over acting where he pretends to be Burt really saying goodbye to Judith's recorded lines would it either be deleted or called out for disrespect?

There's an added innocence to the idea that her character design looked so much like Snow White, almost in homage to the first full length animated movie ever made. I think Don Bluth has a lot of respect for the history of animation and her design was a nod to that. But how could he have known what would happen? It's like a nod to the beginning from an end.

So for everyone that don't know. I learned this threw online articles/ videos.: So Burt Reynolds the one that voiced Charlie he had them close the studio down. So when he went in it was him and the voice engineer person. It took him 63 takes to get the perfect take. At the end they had to use the best one and change things around. He recorded it two or three weeks after the death of Judith the one that voiced Annie Marie . She had all her lines done before she was murdered by her father and Burt Reynolds just had this scene right here to do. He kept breaking down and crying. So they use the best one.

Sad fact the actor who played Charlie said that that seen in all dogs go to heaven felt like his last goodbye to Judith

I met the voice actor (Ken Page) of King Gator (one of the characters of this film) in May of last year. He had also voice Oogie Boogie and he played one of the cats in the broadway musical CATS. I asked him if I could make some artwork for him and give it to him the next day (it was a convention, so we were going to be in the same place the next day). He said he’d like that so I asked him which character he wanted. He looked at the prints in front of him silently before picking King Gator. While looking up references and info about the character to draw him, I came across this video. Maybe he chose King Gator over his more popular role of Oogie Boogie because he remembered working with Judith and King Gator brought back that positive memory. I don’t know…but I’ll never regret spending all that time on artwork for that teddy bear of a man.

Hazbin Hotel Version Charlie Morningstar and Valentino fight each other in the V Tower and Charlie glares gritting her teeth and she punches him Ozzie bangs the V Tower causing it to shake and collapse and Angel Dust is freed from his cage while still unconscious Charlie sees him Charlie: ANGEL DUST *she jumps over Valentino and runs to save him* The V Tower starts flooding and collapsing and breaking apart water hits electrical wires and fire spreads trapping Angel Dust Charlie: ANGEL DUST Angel Dust: *still unconscious* Hmm? Charlie takes off her life watch and sets it down beside her and she's about to jump but Valentino screams in anger and jumps on top of Charlie pinning her down. Charlie: Ahhh Valentino growls and bites her clothes and scratches her tearing her clothes a little as Charlie accidently flings her life watch and it lands safely on a piece of wood Valentino held Charlie down and he opened his mouth wide baring his fangs as he's about to bite Charlie's throat out however Ozzie bangs the V Tower again making it shake and causing the Princess of Hell and the Moth Demon to lose their balance Charlie quickly grabbed the edge and Valentino grabbed Charlie's legs and waist she grunts holding on tight. Valentino slips letting go of Charlie Valentino: AAAHH AAAAAAAAAHHHHH *he falls and lands in the water and he sees Ozzie* Ozzie: Mmm Delicious *laughing and smiling* Valentino: *hilarious underwater screaming* Valentino swims away but he doesn't get very far Valentino: *underwater screaming* Ozzie eats Valentino alive offscreen Charlie gets up and she jumps in the water and swims gasping for air grabbing her life watch and she sees Angel Dust and he falls in the water Charlie: ANGEL DUST *she sets her life watch on the box and she dives underwater swimming and grabs her friend swimming up* However part of the burning V Tower collapses causing Charlie's life watch to fall in the water sinking as Charlie swims she sees her life watch sinking she quickly grabbed it and she grabs Angel but her life watch slips falling out of her hand and continues to sink *Charlie grits her teeth in panic as underwater bubbles come out of her mouth* Charlie tries to grab her life watch but it sank too deep then she realized Angel could drown and she quickly swam back up and her life watch sank to the bottom of the water and opened. Charlie and Angel Dust gasped for air and Angel Dust wheezed Charlie swims carrying Angel as the V Tower was breaking collapsing and burning around them Charlie sets him on a piece of wood Angel Dust: *coughs* Charlie grunts pushing him hard to safety. Charlie: YOU CAN MAKE IT YOU CAN MAKE IT ANGEL DUST *Angel Dust floats out of the V Tower and away from the fire* Charlie's Life Watch: *ticking at the bottom of the water* Charlie grunts in pain holding her hand over her chest and heart realizing she was about to die and she quickly dives back underwater to retrieve her life watch. Charlie's Life Watch: *ticking echoing and flooding with water in the gears* Charlie swam as fast as she could to retrieve her life watch but it was too late Charlie's life watch stopped ticking and red mist swirls glowing red and Charlie Morningstar dies Meanwhile Vaggie Lucifer and the others including Carmilla and her daughters arrived but it was too late the V Tower was destroyed as it finally broke apart and sank with Charlie still inside it Charlie was dead Vaggie and Lucifer get in the water with sadness. Vaggie: *sadly* Charlie *hangs her head in sorrow* Sir Pentious is helping push Angel Dust and he picks him up carrying him to the others Sir Pentious was sad over Charlie's death Sir Pentious: *crying* She's gone guys Angel Dust: *coughs* Everyone gasps in horror and they quickly get Angel Dust to the hospital Lucifer finds Charlie's life watch in the remains of the V Tower getting it out of the water and he cries holding it close to his heart Lucifer: *tearfully* Charlie my baby is gone Sir Pentious: Mr Morningstar I'm so sorry she's gone and I never got to thank her for saving me from the Vees Lucifer: *tearfully* I miss her Sir Pentious Sir Pentious: I miss her too *Lucifer and Sir Pentious hug each other and they take Charlie's life watch home with them* Later that night at The Hazbin Hotel after Charlie had died saving Angel Dust from Valentino and the Vees Charlie's friends girlfriend and father were asleep Angel Dust had recovered and he was in full health feeling much better Vaggie walks into Angel Dust's room feeling lonely and sad over Charlie's death and sacrifice her girlfriend climbs on his bed and she cries herself to sleep falling fast asleep Lucifer had Charlie's red and silver pocket life watch lying next to his bed as it was all that was left of Charlie and he was also crying himself to sleep. As Charlie's friends are asleep the wind suddenly blows howling everything glows red as red light glows red everywhere as demonic growling is heard as a giant black shadow red eyed demonic version of Adam appears at Angel's room near the window at the Hazbin Hotel red smoke and red mist swirls in glowing red. Charlie in ghost form appears she was sad and broken she moved almost lifelessly and she floated near Angel Dust's bed she lays down next to her friend and girlfriend feeling depressed and hurt feeling guilty over everything and not being able to protect him and never getting the chance to apologize when she was still alive. Charlie: *softly and sadly* Oh Angel Dust I'm sorry I'm so very sorry *tears running down her eyes* Adam beckons Charlie trying to drag her back to him so he can take her to Double Hell and claim her soul as his. Adam: *demonic growling* Charllliiiieeeeee suddenly Emily in her blue light ball appears and defeats the Demonic Adam saving Charlie's soul. Adam: *demonic screaming as he disappears and his red mist disappears* Emily: *echoing* Charlie Charlie you can come back now Charlie opens her eyes and sees her remembering she told her she couldn't return to Heaven because she had died again. Charlie: Emily you said I... Emily: Charlie you gave your life for him come back Charlie: But what about my friends girlfriend and dad? Emily: Say goodbye Charlie Charlie feel sad realizing she had to leave her friends girlfriend and father she climbs on Angel's bed feeling sad then Angel Dust opens his eyes yawning and Charlie smiles at him relieved he was alright. Angel Dust: *smiling cutely* Charlie Charlie: *smiling* Yeah it's me how you feeling Angel? Angel Dust: Ok and I feel much better I forgive you Charlie thanks for caring about me how are you? Charlie: Well I've come to say goodbye *sad look on her face and in her eyes* Angel: Where are you going? Charlie: Uh just on a little trip listen Angel I want you to do something for me alright? Angel Dust: Uh huh Charlie: Why don't you take care of Vaggie? Why didn't the director like this ending? This was MUCH better than the ending we got. They should have used this ending in the film instead of the changed one.
