You are articulate, and a lot of what you say is logical, but if essentially somebody IS talking bollocks. Eg: They are CONVINCED that they are being followed by armed soldiers, they are having auditory/visual halucinations, and the pshchiatrists gently challeng them on these beliefs, and the patient INSISTS that this IS happening and that they are NOT mentally ill, well then, by definition, that patient has ZERO insight into their illness, and is by definition categorically: Mentally Ill. It's as simple as that. That is an irrefutable fact.

I’m very saddened to hear of this creative woman’s treatment at the hands of the psychiatric system .. I am under threat of being put on depot injection .. and have been granted a second opinion .. I have been waiting months for this .. and it is absolute torture .. constantly thinking of this .. as I have been on depot before .. which made me feel suicidal .. I would just like to ask .. as the doctor intends to put me on a CTO order .. if and when I ever get out of hospital .. can I refuse the medication or would I be recalled to hospital .? In other words does the law require that I take this dreadful depot injections against my will .? Thank you .. If The Health professional really cared about a person illness and correct diagnosis then they would run medical test on willing patients with similar genetics & similar disorder first. Those result will then be hand to patients to reassure them it works safely, But what actually happens Instead is a BEACH in a defenceless persons "human rights" article 8. Person are forced treatment On the basis of exception regarding different hospital admission sectioning that range from the length of time a person can detained to receive treatment. Every person has faults & no one perfect, a person could be a alcoholic, or drug user or suffering from obesity or just repetitive habitual criminal which is still all classed as a mental illness, To take a person rights away because a Dr has deem them Mentally unfit, weather or they were they were severely ill or not most patients will likely agree in the end after several months of forced treatment JUST TO BE RELEASE. If a person has been drugged up & detained for over 3 months Of Course their more like to agree with whatever the Doctor distinctive diagnosis, just for a smoke or drink or a big fat MAC TASTY Burger Psychiatric Drs are forging qualifications and mis-diagnosising mental patients (look up dr Zholia Alemi age 56 arrested and jailed) to make a LUCRATIVE DISHONEST LIVING at the expense of the weak imperfect defenceless naïve patients No ONE SHOULD BE FORCE TREATMENT WITHOUT FULL CONSENT. (Sick people can change on their own accord in their own time detaining them is ENOUGH) UK & USA LAWS do not seem to be able distinguish the LAWFUL & MORAL differences between LAWFUL & ADEQUENT CONSENT between Unlawful BLACKMAIL & BRIBERY in 2022. The epidemic of mental illness is not a reason to give people more of these drugs. The way to combat the mental health epidemic is to make psychiatry a felony punishable by life imprisonment or death. These things cannot be fixed with pills. The 6 C's of nursing present in general nursing are absent in psychiatric nursing -- Care, Compassion, Courage, Communication, Commitment, Competence -- and Candour -- the only thing they're committed to is not being found out !! The people who know how bad things are are powerless -- advocates, solicitors, patients and carers -- but often the so called carers are the problem !!
