With extremely limited CGI, this film is hands down better than ANY Marvel film. I'm shocked how so many people miss the fact the Wesley is doing his "own" stunts (mostly). He's at least a trained martial artist. No disrespect to Ryan Reynolds, but he ain't in that Deadpool suit when the action is going down.
Amen!!!! Blade is a film that deserves all that more appreciation. The more authentic, the better, and Blade is such an authentic film!

I recently rewatched Blade after about 10 years. A masterpiece, the dialogue, choreography, style, design, set pieces, music and Wesley snipes! Love it! Favourite line: “Do you have an invitation cardo?”
Blade is absolutely a masterpiece and should get more credit! It was done so well! Great line too! So many epic scenes in that film.
You just now watching blade !? The opening intro to know what this character is about is one of the best.

Thought provoking movie!! The scene when they discussed the reasoning and “justification” of which Japanese cities were chosen for the bombings was interesting to me….and chilling. I’m a science geek so also enjoyed the physics conversations.
