@@marineusaginoawaxkirel101EVILs antisemitic mobs I guess I didn’t spell that right even when I was using the microphone my bad I’ll spell that correctly. Apparently the whole point is mobs like this if you were living in the renaissance era or medieval era, you know about the edict of expulsions. Or the black death I mean the black death is the prime example of why are Jews were scapegoated into mobs, believing that Jews were responsible for poisoning wells, and they were just a prime example of antisemitic scapegoating. The craziest part of it all is that the pope and many church officials many bishops and priests all literally came out and told people that it’s not the Jews they’re not responsible for the plague it’s just a pestilence and of course these antisemitic mobs didn’t bother, listening. So overwhelmed with fear and hatred they just did whatever they wanted even if the church was against it.
