30 min Yin Yoga for Runners
Yin yoga works wonders for joint health, but also works to clear blockages in the energy meridians.
Classes are designed to be taken cold to enable the plastic, connective tissue to be worked on. If you warm up prior to Yin the muscles will take over, reducing the benefits experienced.
Find your edge, hold, and concentrate on the breath.
