I had to cut off both ends of the bolt 🤣 No matter how hard I tried it would not come out Good luck on your project

@@dexgraves8684my bolt won’t even budge enough to cut off the hex head. Think I can just cut out the center of the A arm?

@@BrianWM that would probably work, maybe a grinder with a cutting wheel would work better. I still haven't done the other side yet because of that 🤣 Good luck, you'll get it one way or another

@@dexgraves8684thanks! Doing both sides this weekend. I’ll likely cut them off with a grinder and cutting wheel. Will report! Lol

@@dexgraves8684for what it’s worth, I just got both sides off. Removed the back nut, applied a ton of heat via Map Gas and kept the impact on it while the rust came flying. Reversed a few times (in/out) and the bolts began to spin freely.

I'm doing the same on a 2 seater manco. putting in a rack and pinion too. turned out to a be a lot of work, and I'm just learning to weld. first try did not come out right at all, but I think i got it now.

@@dexgraves8684 what size is the front end a arm bolts, I can’t find a socket that size to save my life ima going to have to go buy two

@@dallasbays9428 I don't remember the size of the bolt. However, on my kart the bolt that holds on the A arm itself was siezed inside the A arm, I was able to move it enough with a hammer to cut off both ends with a Sawzall and remove it, it was not easy 🤣
