Whatspp doesn't work why ?
Not with all phones. Sometimes others could WhatsApp when being hotspot. But it normal because generally when U hotspot using everyproxy WhatsApp doesn't work.

It worked only for 2 weeks but then it didnt anymore, what would the reason be?
The proxy can change so check everyproxy and compare to the PC's proxy if it not the same then you make the necessary corrections

Clear cache of the everyproxy after open it again

For proxy put the 192..... Port put 8080
