The abuse needs to be investigated and shut down. The charismatic movement needs to be reviewed by a council and restrictions put on certain things. There needs to be formality of the Mass, the Novus Ordo needs to be ad orientem, with chant and polyphony. The Canon in the Novus Ordo should be in Latin and I would say the words of Consecration should be Sotto Voce. No Eucharistic ministers. All liturgical abuse needs to be met with swift and weight punishment and all priests need training in how to say the Mass properly. Also each priest should be required to learn the Tridentine Mass. "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."

I do serve in Latin Mass and I really love the amount of reverence to the Mass. I do also serve in Novus Ordo but always receive communion in tounge from a priest and never to the Eucharistic Ministers as those never purify their fingers first before the distribution for communion, never. Agree, leave The Latin Mass alone.
