You will need to get a licence for copilot, usually companies are applying for this. They are pretty expensive, but what you get is very good. If you dont have a licence you will not have a toggle switch. I hope that helps.

yes it can .... just select it and aks for a colour variant. Also though you can use photoshop to select the wall area and adjsut the colour manually too.

Yes, there are limitations when you start with a empty room. You can also use the image generator Midway to create a first image and then import it into Photoshop to make the adjustments to the bed and furniture. Have you tried that yet? It is worth 10$ per month for sure.
