Πως γίνεται να μην παίρνει φωτια ο χωτοε αποθήκευσης πελετ?
Η φωτια και τα καυσαέρια πάνε πάντα προς το ψηλότερο σημείο λόγω του φαινομένου του ελκισμου της καμινάδας... Συνεπώς δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να πάρει φωτιά η δεξαμενή του πελλετ... Στα 2 χρόνια που δούλεψα την σόμπα στο σπίτι μου δεν είχα ποτέ τέτοιο θέμα... Επίσης τις ερασιτεχνικες κατασκευές τις λειτουργούμε πάντα υπό επιτήρηση για κάθε ενδεχόμενο...

There is no problem with the ashes... The pipes collect a little dust which is very easy to clean once a year..

Καλημέρα η δουλειά σου είναι εξαιρετική αλλά έχω το φόβο πως η φωτιά μπορεί να προχωρήσει προς το tank.
Καλημέρα... Όχι η φωτια δεν πάει προς το τανκ λόγω του φαινομένου του ελκισμου της καμινάδας... Δοκιμασμένο στο σπίτι μου για δύο χρόνια... Βέβαια θέλει προσοχή και επίβλεψη κατά την χρήση της γιατί είναι ιδιοκατασκευη και ποτέ δεν ξέρεις τι μπορεί να τύχει....

καλησπερα Σωτήρη , γιατι χρησιμοποιεις KAI μετασχηματιστη για τα 5V , αφου 5V δινει το PZEM-004T ? ο Κώδικας για το esp32 Που τον βρίσκω ?
Καλησπέρα φίλε μου. Έβαλα τροφοδοτικό για τις δοκιμές και τις μετρήσεις που έκανα μεσω σειριακής... Τα 5v του molule είναι κατευθείαν από τα 220 χωρίς μ/σ, επικίνδυνο αν το αγγίξεις... Τον κώδικα δυστυχώς τον έχω χάσει αλλά αν θέλεις να ασχοληθείς έχει αρκετά παραδείγματα στο ίντερνετ.. Ελπίζω κάποια στιγμή να μπορέσω να ξαναασχοληθω...

My dear greek friend You made a spectacular and complicated stove with a long chimney that acts as heat exchanger as well. I think the main problem is low burning temperature because of lack of heat insulation (ceramic wool) at the burning tunnel. If you insulated the first section of it there were no more soot and tar in your system which is difficult to clean. Temperature has to be at the beginning over 800 celsius otherwise burning is not efficient enough. Those temperatures burns off carbon steel so you will need to change this part to inox steel. Ολα καλα, ομως ως στερεό καυσιμο το πελλετ αφηνει καταλοιπα, ενα μερος των οποιων προσπαθει να εξελθει μαζι με τα καπναερια. Οποιος ασχολειται χρονια με το πελλετ, γνωριζει οτι απαγορευεται η οριζοντια διαταξη των αγωγων καυσαεριων, λογω της επικαθισης των στερεων καταλοιπων, με αποτελεσμα την αποφραξη της εξοδου. Θεωρω λοιπον, οτι θα μπορουσαν τα οριζοντια τμηματα που λειτουργουν ως μπουρι καυσαεριων, να εχουν μια κλιση ικανη ωστε να μην εχουμε κατακαθιση των καταλοιπων. Ευχαριστω.
Δεν ισχύει... Ελάχιστα τα κατάλοιπα στις οριζόντιες σωλήνες, σε μορφή σκόνης...

Hello, where I work it reaches -20 C outside and my room is less than 20 m2. Do you think this stove would keep my room warm enough? I also need it to burn during night to have a comfortable sleep.
I do not think it is a good idea to expect the stove at night .. Maybe something goes wrong or a lot of air blows outside there is a possibility of smoke in the room .. It needs attention ..It develops high temperatures above 300 degrees Celsius ..It should always take a look at the stove when it burns .. Yes, your room is definitely warmed by the stove.

Γεια σου μάστορα θα ήθελα τη βοήθεια σου όσων αφορά το σχαράκι της εστίας. Ποσα χιλιοστά είναι ιδανικά για σωστή καύση χωρίς να πέφτει άκαυτο το πελετ στο τασάκι αλά και να μην δημιουργεί πρόβλημα στην στάχτη. Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
