Why not address all the water leaks? There's multiple and the one by the door when you first enter still looks wet. And the crack going down the length of the 4x12 ( the one where you're holding the beer bottle ) would need replacing
@@Billy-r3k thanks for watching the video. All of the leaks have been addressed. The leak by the front door was from the water heater and it is just a stain. I’ll look into the 4 x 12 but that place is seriously over engineered. If you want more information on this property, let me know. I’m happy to show it to you in person! For the amount of square footage and the quality of the structure itself. It’s a great deal in that area.
