What a Wally. It's a public space. And Wally was wearing sun glasses. Filming is not banned, but simply requires train network's or station's permission. Apparently. However I would doubt the rail network could enforce an unlawful demand.
There's no privacy right in a public space, even on private property, where access is unrestricted.
The guard was plainly in camera, and you went ahead and posted the video anyway against his obvious wishes for privacy to be respected; and the content wasn't even noteworthy.

You could at least censor people, when you put a video with them online, without their permission.

So, no through train to Moree any more. I remember the two sections - Moree, and Armidale - joining at Werris Creek. We had a cab ride from Moree for quite a distance. Those were the days, in the 90s.
