That's very old driver. Always update driver like i did in my video. I have explained everything in my video of how to update your ARC driver. Latest driver is 32.0.101.6325

My BATTERY backup is almost same. BATTERY health is also same because i use 80% limit charging option. It never charges my laptop above 80%.
