running 4k uhd bd on the drive

Hi) Does it work for a Mac ?
The drive shown in the unboxing video came with an old firmware and unfortunately was unable to play music from CDs using the Apple music app. The drive was then replaced by Techpulse with a new one with a newer firmware, and now the drive works fine under OSX.

Do you know which chipset is used? It should be possible to read it out with a program like HWiNFO. The most used chipsets for USB 3.2 Gen2 should be the JMicron JMS580, the Via VL716 and the ASMedia ASM235CM.
