Your Dad has a good eye, most people film out the window, his added intro provides the size context to help those who never went imagine it. His views of the city are steady and well chosen. Lovely.

This was 1985-1988. Zayre opened in that location in 85 but was changed to Ames in 88. I was 7-8 years old and remember it well. Dover is my hometown; the very best memories there.

I was wondering if we would see the Weeks restaurant traffic circle too. That was changed around this time too.

It's devastating to know the kind of death and destruction that took place at these two buildings years after this was filmed. I think we all wish we could go back to before 9/11 was ever burned into history. The world didn't seem so confusing back then. At least not to those of us who were very young when this all unfolded.

It’s unimaginable that people ended up having to jump out of the towers after they were hit. The heat and the smoke from the jet fuel were SO bad that jumping was actually the better option. RIP to all the lives lost that day 😊

I plan to build myself a telescope and this would be an excellent, excellent tool to test lens optic divergence and how variant the color passage&lens polarity will be with such a tunable laser. With this it would come in really handy as a handy testing device.where could I find one to buy for this purpose.

I have a question. If the Twin Towers were still standing today, would the observation deck platform on the South Tower's roof eventually had been closed down? The observation deck platform on the South Tower's roof was only about 300 feet away from the North Tower's antenna. They did not allow visitors to the top of the North Tower because of the antenna there. The thought was they would get too much RF expose if they were that close for too long. If you're in close enough proximity for a certain length of time to that high of wattage of TV/radio signals, it can cause health problems. Apparently, the South Tower was far enough away to safely allow visitors, hence the observation deck there. Back in the 1970s, it was deemed safe to stand on the roof of 2 WTC, but in many videos, you can clearly hear and watch the radio interference. If you look at some videos taken on the observation, you can still hear analogue TV interference in their audio. If the twin towers were built today, I don't believe that they would surely allow anyone on the roof of the South Tower because of those interferences.

Another thing you need to try is magnetic field filtered through copper plate. It allows the magnet to effect magnets like 6 feet away. Also a cathode tube is effected by distant magnets. Awesome vid! 👌

Have you built a homopolar generator/motor? They are awesome and still not completely understood and don't act like a normal generator or motor. They make low voltage but massive current, like 1 volt and amps in the tens of thousands

Has anyone tried to see the power generation effects of the repelling magnets? I know the breaking of the flux lines by the wires generates the mots power but I want to try and test this out. You never know, this could unlock crazy power generation
