クイーンGP上で出したミュートシティ2の自己2番目のラップです（自己べは録画ミス）。 スタートが違えば1分56が出ていましたがVer.1.3では不可能な走りになったようです。

The most amazing part of this run is how quickly he cycles through the random dungeons at 5:55. I have to spend like a second on each one or else I'll accidentally press cancel too quickly and end up losing exactly the dungeon I was looking for... By the way, I guess you need a small dungeon, with few enemies, with the enemy type being feeble (for the Titlist), and the item type being grass, along with no item restrictions. That's very specific. o_o On top of that, "few" enemies can mean anything from 1 to 4 iirc, and there's no way to know without entering the dungeon and seeing for yourself. Okay, cycling through the phantoms looking for the Failure(大失敗) title at 9:40 is also really impressive. This might be easier in the Japanese version since it's the only title below rank 4 that starts with "大", while in English there are plenty of low-rank titles that start with "F". There are a few different ones that end in "ure" too.
After Elysium's release and nostalgia kicks, it's insane how even this game has a speedrun attempt
I wish the Universe mode was more difficult.

In Europe this game was not released in the 90s version, until Square/Enix made the PSP reboot in 2007. But in Italy, with modified 50/60 Hz PlayStation, in any case we could play It in the NTSC/UC version 😂😂😂

Amazing video
This is one of my all-time favorite games, but the up-front pain of starting a new game is always SO painful. For all intents and purposes, the run really starts at 22:26. That's how long it takes to finish the damn intro ~_~

I shocked too when young versus Spicule, make me depressed. then I realized my level need higher, but when fight against Indelicio, I got down hundreds times... So Epic game
I still took 7000 to 9999 against Spicule on EARTH mode at lvs over 100 so on Universe mode even at lv 255 I'd have it always do 9999 damage that 4x bloody armor users OPERA MUST be one of them to NOT DIE from it.

How do you manage to skip random battles ? I tried to open the menu and change claude skills as you do, but i still get battle after that...
Hollydead 00 Wow, a question only a month ago... I can answer this though. If you take a few steps after you get to a new screen, and swap out a Killer Move, even from none to none, on most screens you will not get another battle until you leave that screen. You have to walk a little before doing it first, for unknown reasons.
I tried that too but most of time I still get random battle :-( i'm trying to beat the game in single segment and if I could master that trick it would be usefull
Perhaps you're not walking enough beforehand? There's also some rooms (or World Map areas) that are big enough to require you to do it multiple times. Make sure it's the only thing you do in the menu when you attempt it. If you change other equipment, skills etc. it seems to not work.
