Natatak sa isip ko na ang lugar na yan ay walang pagbabago, stagnant, walang oppurtunity. And yes, dahil din sa mga namumuno jan, walang concern sa mga tao, posisyon lang mahalaga sa kanila, isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit ayaw ko ng bumalik jan. Proud Rizaleño here though hindi ko naman kinakahiya na minsan naging taga Masbate ako.
