Everybody here translated “Simorgh سیمرغ” to Phoenix. Phenix in Persian is”ققنوس”, the mythical bird that reborn from its own ashes. As much as I know, there is no equal translation in English for Simorgh, but Simorgh.

OK so here we go. The song is not composed by a Persian composer. Majid Entezami said this in his interview with FarsNews. He clearly stated that he composed the "opening" score for the version that was aired on IRIB because in the original version a woman sang the opening score: "تیتراژ اصلی این فیلم را یک خانم خوانده که در آن زمان قابل پخش نبود. آهنگ دیگری را با همکاری همسرم و با تلاش بسیار ساختیم. Santoor is a hammered dulcimer which by no means is exclusive to Persian culture. The instrument is present and has been present in Iraq, India, Iran, Southwest Asia, China, and parts of Southeast Asia, Central Europe (Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland (particularly Appenzell), Austria and Bavaria), the Balkans, Eastern Europe (Ukraine and Belarus) and Scandinavia. The instrument is also played in the United Kingdom (Wales, East Anglia, Northumbria) and the U.S., where its traditional use in folk music saw a notable revival in the late 20th century. I believe the original composer of this piece is Ryōhei Hirose and it was composed in the early 80s.

The animation originally was made by a famous company which is Nippon and Japenese but unfortunately the music has changed whatever so fantastic!!!!

Ofcourse the animation was made by Nippon Japenese Company but when came in Iran the theme music has changed as a result made and performed by master Majid Entezami
