Why do a lot of these motors sound so bad even at low voltage? Are they just old and used up? Bad bearings?

Now that I saw this video 12 times I see no point in burning out electric motors you could use them instead maybe for like a DIY fan or a miniature car.

they have no holes in the end cap all u could see was the terminal plastic lit up
