I personally found i that fasted cardio for me gives me a different type of boost to the day but that on personal experience

Hmmm, you are making me feel guilty. Don't have a fixed diet. just focus on Calories/Macros and trying to diversify the foods we take in and keep the gut biome flourishing. So everyday is a little bit different and think that helps us stick to it. (Of course it is a lot of work and not meal prepping like a weeks stuff and probably also makes it easier to fall off and just go " lets have a lekka burger or pizza because I'm not in the mood to cook")

I like chest flys, bicep curls, tricep push downs, pull overs, seated rows etc on cables. Most machines even use cables, just with a fixed seat or grip. Free weights and machines all have their place. Tools you can use to shape your body.
