Charlie's Donuts ran for many years opened up in 1999 great cup of coffee great Donuts unfortunately the guy that owned it his wife became ill she passed away November of 2024 what I do not exactly know she says temporarily closed but I don't really see him reopening this at all hope you enjoy the video

I like the architecture on it They do not make those styles no more. They just have a plane look to them they make them look like lego's style to them they removed those gas pumps a looooooonnnnnnnnnnngggggg time ago I well say maybe the 90's or most definitely the 80's

Exploring a vintage Amoco gas station built in the 1950s then it became several different used auto sales at one time somebody lived in it he's been vacant for several years it is hurting it is falling apart there are no trespassing signs hope you enjoy the video

I,just finished watching your video about the Abandoned Rx,Roger's Pharmacy. That,building looks, like an old GasStation,Building. In, Eastpointe, (a,Suburb of Detroit, Michigan),and there's a Independent Pharmacy in an old GasStation,Building. And, I also remember the old Blue Mailboxes from Back in the Day. In, Detroit and you are Lucky if you, find an Old School Blue Mailboxes. 4:52

Exploring RX Rogers Pharmacy closed down about 6 months ago because headquarters is downsizing buildings which is telling me they're not making enough business and I also found out this was a former Stripes Gas Station hope you enjoy the video

I see it has potential for a flower shop or small coffee shop .I think the issue with ALL of these old gas stations is the soil where the underground tanks were or are that leaked when they rusted thru. I love the style of the building .Thanks for posting this.

That's a cool find. Me and my dad lived in one old station in the 80s. It had two garage bays. ✝️👍🙏🤠🐴 It looks like that buildings in the 60s in 70s. Me and my dad lived in that one it was in the 60s about 62.

Lonnie,as always great work . when I see older buildings in particular auto repair,and gas stations the old cars ,and trucks,(They weren't old at the time)what the insides looked like with the tool boxes,lifts,the people that used to work at that station,and the cars and trucks they serviced,and repaired. That Church next store has to be at least eighty plus years old,nice pictures,takes my mind to those times when you didn't need to plug in a scan tool to troubleshoot. If you ever went to Douglas Az.the amount of closed,and boarded up houses and buildings is staggering. Thanks for you work and posts.

It's not abandoned, my understanding is that the family that owns Dairy Treet still intends the reopen the restaurant eventually.

Exploring an Gitgo gas station that was built in the 60s it is vintage it is a classic then the guy bought it and made it into a small engine repair shop for boats now it is sitting abandoned decaying rotting away

My dad used to work at that gas station it was called parkway marathon It closed around 2016 and was one of the last places where women could get they’re gas pumped for them
