This week I was lucky enough to be invited to RUclips's end of year event. It was at Lane7 in Camden and was such a great opportunity to meet other creators and do some networking!

I am back at London's most expensive gym and it is worth it. Third Space - Canary Wharf. This wasn't even all of the gym there is even more to see. As a Karate black belt, I can assure you that this doesn't work instead you need to practice side lunges, sit ups and mainly side skating(it is an excercise, it's not skating related), I am sure this will help you.

What type of TKD content, the stretching/mobility stuff or tutorials?
When I see videos with girls in these sorts of outfits pretending like they’re telling me something I need to know I skip them immediately. Any information you’re trying to share, even with good intentions as I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong at all, is lost by the nagging feeling that I’m being manipulated with sex appeal.

Calories are not inherently unhealthy. The salt, saturated fat, and preservatives in ingredients are the unhealthy part of a dominos. Making a pizza with fresh ingredients is healthy, dominos is not.
